2. Products & Orders
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product. Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice.
3. Payment
We accept payments via Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location and are estimates only. NV is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. To initiate a return, contact us at nvstores.in@gmail.com. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return. Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, and graphics — is the exclusive property of NV Brand and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from NV.
7. User Accounts
